The Switzerland national under-21 football team is the national under-21 football team of Switzerland and is controlled by the Swiss Football Association. The team competes in the UEFA European Under-21 Football Championship, held every two years.

Swiss Challenge League

The Swiss Challenge League (until August 2008 known as Challenge League) is the second highest tier of the Swiss Football League. 16 teams play in the Challenge League. The winners of the league are promoted to the Super League, and the bottom two teams are relegated to the 1. Liga.
